I'm Jeff Hastings, a Maine photographer with a passion for capturing the beauty, atmosphere, and fleeting moments of the natural world.
Growing up in the western mountains of Maine gave me an appreciation for wide-open spaces and the beauty of the outdoors. Today, I spend my time exploring the coast, forests, mountains, and night skies of Maine and New England, looking for those special moments when light, weather, and landscape come together.
Whether it's the first light of sunrise over the ocean, mist rising above a quiet pond, or the Milky Way stretching across a dark sky, my goal is to create photographs that invite others to pause, explore, and experience the moment with me..
